Last week we made an amazing mixtape for our roadtrip and and headed off to Ellijay, Georgia for a classic Autumn activity, apple picking! We happened to pick a weekend when the Georgia Apple Festival was happening, but luckily that didn't stop us from picking Rome Beauties and Granny Smith apples and enjoying all of the delicious apple treats in the store over at B.J. Reece Orchards. Since we weren't sure what the weather would be like in North Georgia we packed an amalgam of things to ensure that we wouldn't be under or over-dressed. Luckily, sweaters were all the warmth we needed.
ModCloth has really been impressing us lately with their new styles and constant rotation of new arrivals. Usually we start to panic, because we love Spring and Summer style so much, but this year we feel totally prepared for the chillier temps. As far as fit goes, everything I am wearing fit true to size in my opinion. The All Tapped Out Heel in Burgundy may have been a little tight, but I can tell that they will stretch with wear so I'll just persevere on. I've also now developed an addiction to scarfs, because how amazing is this one?? Although, the reviews on ModCloth's site say otherwise, Amanda felt like her Intern of Fate Skirt in Burgundy ran small and that the Tessellate It Be Known Top ran a little big. However, she has a petite frame so sweaters running big is not a rare occurrence for her. As always, we definitely suggest chatting in/emailing or calling a ModStylist to help with any sizing questions.
