We're thoroughly enjoying our extended weekend thanks to Labor Day and hope that all of our US readers are too! Ours has been full of cosplaying, a hot air balloon festival and lots of other fun randomness! We had one day of Fall weather bliss before the temperatures skyrocketed back up the the high 90s so as much as we wanted to pull out our colored tights and knee high socks to pair with these '60s ensembles -- we just couldn't go there quite yet. haha.
Amanda's dress has an amazing print that features Burlesque Fan Dancers! We love the skater dress style but thought it would be amazing with a 60's style top layered over and we were right (there's also an adorable shift dress version of the print). I (Katie) have such fond memories of playing with paper dolls at my grandma's house in Tennessee so this dress hit me with some nostalgia feelings. Although, I think the Paper Doll Print on this dress is cuter than any of the paper dolls I had in the 1990s. These Smak Parlour prints are definitely more unique than most modern novelty prints. As always, we love how comfy these dresses from Smak Parlour are and the fact that they have pockets!
