JuneSabrina Dress c/o The Domestic Dame  |  Black heels - Modcloth (similar)

We've blogged pieces by The Domestic Dame in the past, but recently, she started making dresses!  We were so excited when Lauren started sharing little pieces of the designs and the final products were everything we'd hoped they would be.  We know some people hate the idea of coordinating outfits, but something about matching is just fun to us.  Admittedly, we do always feel slightly like the Grady sisters from The Shining, but that's not a bad thing in our opinions.

A little about the pieces, the Sabrina Dress has everything I look for in a reproduction dress.  I usually steer clear of EVERYTHING strapless, but I really wanted to try it and I'm really happy I did.  The bodice is structured and fitted with boning for added support so I didn't have to continuously tug on the top to keep it in place.  It also had a removable halter strap, which I decided to forgo and save for another day.  The full gathered skirt would hit an average-to-tall lady just below the knee, but on me, is decidedly tea-length but, I think it will look adorable at either length!  The fabric for both the dress + the Amelia Skirt is limited edition made just for Domestic Dame so they advise ordering sooner rather than later if you've been eyeing it.  If you need to be swayed a little more the skirt has our favorite... pockets!  But also.....
