This is the millionth time where I say I have an addiction to harlequin print. I really do. Anna (Munster Madness) happened to have some black + white harlequin fabric and offered to make me a skirt, so I was stoked. It even has pockets. YES! My aunt bought me this All Dolled Up Cardigan for Christmas and I was really excited to break it out. I couldn't decide if I wanted a plain top or a busy one with this skirt and remembered the little cardigan and felt like it fell right in the middle.
I decided to wander around town and do a little Pyrex hunting on my last day of New Years "vacation" in my new skirt, convinced I'd be home before the rain started. The news said there was only a 20% chance and not until 3:00 pm.... so in typical Nashville fashion... it started at 12:30. That's why my hair accessories change mid-way through the post, but at least I came prepared. Rain + hairspray + pomade = hair the consistency of Elmer's Glue. Isn't there some old pop punk song "blame it on the southern weather"? All. Too. True.
